Plastic sheet is a special material which is easily affected by the temp. Normally,winter is not an ideal time to make plastic sheet. And the plastic sheet made in winter will change a lot after being punched/perforated.

The hole dia. the pitch and the margin of perforated plastic sheet such as perforated PP and perforated PVC will change a lot compared that made in spring,autumn and summer.
