CN Perforated Plastics Introduced GR&R System

In order to improve the quality of the cut perforated plastic sheet, CN perforated plastics improved the size tolerance of the perforated plastic sheet from 0.3mm to 0.2mm.

To check the size of the perforated plastic sheet is a very complicated thing, the influence of the Temp.,the tool,the inspector etc. have to be taken into consideration.

By introducing the GR&R system, the inspection result can be assured.
