CN Perforated Plastics make perforated plastic sheet for the Mediterranean project

Thanks to our rich experience in makeing perforated plastic sheet, CN Perforated Plastics has won the bid for the Mediterranean swimming pool project.

The project of the Mediterranean swimming pool mainly includes 15mm thick anti-slip bottom plastic sheet and 10mm perforated plastic sheet.The difficult thing is to make 10mm perforated plastic sheet in a very big size of 1.3*2m, and our customer has required the open rate of the perforated plastic sheet, so our company has to find the best hole dia. and the pitch so as to keep the shape of the plastic sheet unchanged after being perforated.As we know, the plastic sheet must have a beautiful face after the perforation,but because of the thickness of the plastic sheet, the perforated sheet will be bent, so if there were no suitable/proper hole dia. and pitch, the plastic sheet will be very seriously changed.

Another thing that we have to take into consideration is the grow and shrink of the perforated plastic sheet when the temp. changes from 3-4 centi-degree to 30 centi-degree.

After we tested it many times, we solved all the problems.
