CN Plastic Perforated improved the size tolerance for perforated plastic sheet

As we know, size tolerance is very important for our perforated plastic sheet. And it is more important and difficult for the plastic sheet. It is known that the size of perforated plastic sheet can be affected very easily by the temp. One centi-degree might make the plastic sheet grow or shrink about 0.1mm.

As the request of our customer, now, our company has upgraded our A.C. controlled cutting room and cutting machine. By doing so we have reduced our tolerance by 0.1mm which is from 0.3mm to 0.2mm.

And at the same time, we have adopted the advanced quality control system,and we will check half of our products to ensure the good quality of perforated plastic sheet.

Now, our customers of perforated plastic sheet has expanded to UK, Italy,U.A.E,France,America.
