Keep developing new products and benefits our customers is always our purpose.At the request of our customer's request and based on our market investigation, our company has developed the perforated plastic sterilization layer pads.

The perforated plastic sheets used for the components of autoclave equipment is usually made in food grade PP (Polypropylene sheet) and HDPE (High Density polyethylene sheet) and besides these two plastic sheets, there is also ultra-high molecular weight UHMW-PE sheet. Some end-users sometimes use a kind of special material "polystone" made in Germany.

After our test, the HDPE is a kind of ideal material considering the cost and the life of the perforated sheet. It is a kind of consumable material, so always insist on long life is not ideal,we have to consider the cost of cleaning it.

The thickness of the perforated layer pads is usually from 2-8mm and the size is as per the specification of the autoclave equipment.The hole size is usually between 12mm and 15mm which can keep a good air flow.

There are also more advantages of the perforated plastic sheets for sterilization pads such as light-weight,high temp resistance and eco-friendly etc.
