10mm Perforated Plastic Sheet

To perforate the thick plastic sheet such as more than 10mm is difficult, because the biggest problem is that the perforated plastic sheet will be curved after being punched. So to find the best hole dia. the center to center hole distance and to get the right opening rate is the key for a perfect perforated plastic sheet.

Normally, there are two ways to get the perforated plastic sheet to be flat, one is heat-treatment and the other is to get the right specification. the latter is the ideal way.
